                              RESOLUTION NO. 21533
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO EXECUTE
                 AN AGREEMENT WITH ARTECH DESIGN GROUP, INC.,
                 RELATIVE TO THE RENOVATION OF THE CHILDREN'S
                 ADVOCACY CENTER BASEMENT AREA, FOR A CONTRACT
                 AMOUNT OF FOURTEEN THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED
                 NINETY DOLLARS ($14,990.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to execute an
       Agreement and Addendum with Artech Design Group, Inc., relative 
to
       the Renovation of the Children's Advocacy Center Basement Area,
       for a contract amount of $14,990.00.
